Fulfillment Timelines. While Kaylie O'Reilly Art strives to meet all estimated delivery dates advertised on this website, these timelines are projections only and are not guaranteed. Fulfillment times may fluctuate due to factors such as seasonal demand or material availability.

Liability Disclaimer. Kaylie O'Reilly Art is not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier service disruptions, customs processing, supplier issues, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Full Payment Required. All orders must be paid in full, including any applicable shipping and handling fees, before your products can be dispatched for delivery.

Carrier Responsibility. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for any mishandling during transit; claims for damaged or lost items must be filed directly with the postal service or carrier.

Returns & Claims. For the protection of the artist and the integrity of the work, we do not require the physical return of items for most damage claims. However, all claims for refunds or replacements must strictly comply with our established Returns Policy to be eligible for review.
