• Artist Ownership: All artwork, designs, and content on this site are the sole property of Kaylie O’Reilly. Under U.S. Copyright Law, the artist retains all rights to reproduction, even after a physical piece is sold.
• Prohibited Use: You may not modify, publish, or sell any content from this site without express written consent. Purchasing a painting does not grant you the right to scan, print, or distribute the image for commercial gain or social media promotional use without attribution. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

• Product Descriptions & Color Accuracy
  We aim for maximum precision in our listings, including high-resolution images and detailed pricing. However, Kaylie O'Reilly Art does not guarantee that all descriptions are entirely error-free or current. Please Note: Because every digital screen has unique calibration settings, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your device will perfectly match the physical print. We reserve the right to update or pull any artwork from the shop at any time without notice.
• Ordering & Payment Processing
  To secure your art, please follow the checkout prompts and ensure all billing and shipping data is 100% accurate. Orders are only processed once payment is received in full. We utilize secure, Third-Party Payment Processors to handle your transactions safely; by purchasing, you agree to their terms as well.
• Order Rights & Cancellations
  We reserve the right to decline or limit any order for any reason at our sole discretion. While you will receive an automated confirmation upon checkout, we may still cancel orders due to stock discrepancies, pricing glitches, or flagged Fraudulent Activity. If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping, Handling & Risk of Loss
  We work hard to get your art shipped within our posted timeframes, but please understand that delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Kaylie O'Reilly Art is not liable for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or customs. Once the package is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. We highly recommend reviewing our full Shipping Policy for instructions on how to handle transit issues.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All paintings, prints, and products, are final sale. Please email us at inquiry.kostudio@gmail.com with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.

• Usage Restrictions: Your purchase of a physical print is for personal display only. You are strictly prohibited from scanning, reproducing, reselling, or using the artwork for commercial purposes or AI training without a formal licensing agreement.
